01Data Controller

Your personal data is processed within the scope described below by Atlıhan Harita Mühendislik İnş. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("Atlıhan Harita") as the data controller. Atlıhan Harita is the controller of the information you send us through the forms and contact channels on this website.

02Personal Data Processed

Depending on the nature of your request, the following categories of personal data may be processed through our website and contact channels:

Our website does not collect data for membership, payment or marketing purposes. Form data is not stored in a database on the site's server; it is sent to our corporate mailbox as an e-mail. Please do not include special categories of personal data (health, religion, association membership, etc.) in the request form.

03Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes, in a manner that is connected to, limited by and proportionate to those purposes:

• Evaluating and responding to your demo, device information, quote, sample data and general information requests, and contacting you,
• Carrying out quote, sales and contract processes,
• Ensuring the security of the website and our information systems, and preventing automated (bot) form submissions,
• Fulfilling our legal obligations and responding to requests from authorized institutions,
• Establishing, exercising and protecting rights in the event of potential disputes.

04Collection Method and Legal Grounds

Your personal data is collected electronically through the request form on the contact page, e-mail and phone, partly by automated means (form submission records, server logs). The form is sent directly as an e-mail to info@atlihanharita.com by a script running on the Cloudflare infrastructure that hosts our website; no separate form service is used for this.

This data is processed on the basis of the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:

• Your explicit consent given via the checkbox in the request form (Art. 5/1),
• It is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c),
• It is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç),
• It is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right (Art. 5/2-e),
• It is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject (Art. 5/2-f).

05Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to the following groups of recipients, limited to the purposes above and in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK:

• Authorized public institutions and organizations and judicial authorities, upon request, within the scope of our legal obligations,
• Service providers from which we receive website hosting and e-mail services (only to the extent required by the service),
• Business partners from whom we receive legal, financial and technical consultancy services.

If the servers of the service providers we use are located abroad, the transfer is carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 of the KVKK.

Some content on our website is loaded from third-party servers: fonts and the map on the contact page come from Google, Demo Gallery videos come from YouTube when you play them, and the training and wiki videos in the Support & Downloads section come from the official servers of XGRIDS. During this process, technical information such as your IP address is sent to the relevant provider; for details, please see our Cookie Policy.

06Retention Period

Your personal data is retained for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or required by the purpose of processing. Upon expiry of this period, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the Regulation on the Deletion, Destruction or Anonymization of Personal Data.

You may withdraw the explicit consent you gave in the request form at any time using the application method below.

07Your Rights Under the KVKK

By applying to the data controller under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• find out whether your personal data is being processed,
• request information if your personal data has been processed,
• find out the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad,
• request the correction of your personal data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• request the deletion or destruction of your personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7 of the KVKK,
• request that the correction, deletion and destruction operations be notified to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
• object to an outcome that works against you arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems,
• request compensation for the damage if you suffer harm due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.

08How to Apply

In accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you can submit your requests regarding your rights in writing, together with information that verifies your identity, to Küçük Çamlıca Mah. Erhan Sok. No: 14/2, Üsküdar / İstanbul, Türkiye, or send them to info@atlihanharita.com via registered electronic mail (KEP), a secure electronic signature, a mobile signature, or from the e-mail address you previously provided to us and that is registered in our system.

Your applications are concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the process requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
